I was born and raised in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. So yes I do still support my Wisconsin sports teams. I originally came to the Twin Cities area in 2008 to start college at the University of Minnesota and besides a few years from 2012-2014 I have stayed in the area.
I currently live in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. I very much enjoy how close I am to a number of different attractions, restaurants, bars and things to do. I often walk to many of the places in the neighborhood and stay active by going to the lakes and gym nearby. When I am not out and enjoying what the community has to offer, I can be found reading, playing board games with friends or planning a trip.
My name is Kathryn Hoppert. I am originally from Sartell, and just moved to the uptown area in Minneapolis a month and a half ago. I recently graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a major in finance. During my time at St. Ben’s, I studied abroad twice. Once was for a Spanish summer program in Valladolid, Spain where I stayed with a host family. The second time was for a semester where I spent half my time in Athens, Greece, and the other half in Rome, Italy. I am an avid traveler and am always dreaming of where I want to go to next.
Before coming to TSC, I worked at a Credit Union as a Member Advisor. I really enjoyed getting to know the members that banked there, and helping them everyday. Aside from work and school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, finding new restaurants I love, and discovering all the wonderful parts of my new city.
